Part 61 flexibility with a clearer training loop.
Small schools need consistency, but not always a full Part 141 operating model or a heavy flight school ERP. LiftLine focuses on training progress, instructor handoffs, student prep, and the next lesson.
Built for small-school realities
- Two instructors can share a clearer view of the same student.
- Progress stays connected to lesson plans, study, quizzes, and CFI feedback.
- Students know what to work on before the next flight.
- Chief instructors get better visibility without forcing every instructor into a rigid workflow.
- Training standards stay visible while CFI judgment remains central.
Where LiftLine fits
LiftLine is for the training side of the school: what a student has covered, what comes next, what prep was assigned, and which ACS tasks need targeted practice. It can help create a more consistent student experience without asking every instructor to work the same way.
Where LiftLine does not fit
LiftLine is not scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, billing, payroll, or aircraft operations software. It is not a replacement for a CFI’s signoff process. It focuses on the training loop: progress, prep, feedback, and next steps.
Launch scope
LiftLine is Private Pilot-focused at launch. Additional ratings, certificates, and endorsements are planned, including Instrument, Commercial, CFI, and complex endorsement support.
