Frequently asked questions

What is LiftLine?

LiftLine is a Part 61 flight training app that keeps CFIs and student pilots in sync from one lesson to the next.

Is LiftLine available now?

LiftLine is in beta and currently being tested with flight schools. It is not yet open to the public.

What is the launch scope?

LiftLine is focused on Private Pilot training at launch. Additional ratings, certificates, and endorsements are planned later.

How much will LiftLine cost?

The current pricing assumption is free for CFIs and roughly $100 one-time per student per rating or certificate, with lifetime access for that purchased unit. Pricing may change before public launch.

Is LiftLine free for CFIs?

That is the current plan. CFIs drive adoption because LiftLine makes their workflow easier and helps show training quality.

Does LiftLine replace CFI judgment?

No. LiftLine supports lesson planning, feedback, study, and progress visibility. CFI judgment remains the final authority.

Does LiftLine sign endorsements?

No. LiftLine does not sign legal endorsements or determine legal readiness for a checkride.

Is the demo real student data?

No. The demo uses fake seeded data only.
